Curvy Girl Yoga with Curvaceous Lush

It can be intimidating to attend a yoga class if you are plus-sized, but let that be no more. We are proudly offering Curvy Girl Yoga for Women of all body sizes and shapes to come to the mat in a comfortable and accepting setting to practice yoga. We will offer modifications to fit everyone’s needs so that each student feels the poses and breaths with pure confidence. All levels are encouraged to attend even if you are just starting. Our session will also include a meditation on Releasing and Moving Forward. All attendees will receive their very own journal at the class! Come connect and rejuvenate with us!

Surya namaskar (sun salutations) A and B, including chatarunga and upward-facing dog, are practiced. Strength-building standing poses are combined in creative vinyasa sequences. Deeper backbends, more complex balancing poses, and inversions are practiced. A strong foundation in the basics is encouraged.
