Monday Power Flow

A more vigorous class where a faster pace, more intense and challenging poses, and the addition of jump-backs and jump-forwards combine to take your practice to the next level. Surya namaskar (sun salutations) A and B, including chatarunga and upward-facing dog, are practiced. Strength-building standing poses are combined in creative vinyasa sequences. Deeper backbends, more complex balancing poses, and inversions are practiced. A strong foundation in the basics is encouraged.
