Slow flow vinyasa is practiced at a slower pace than regular vinyasa style classes, allowing students to breathe more deeply and increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. More than just sun salutations and traditional sequences, Slow Flow features unique movements aligned with the breath for a deep & creative experience.
