Yin yoga allows us to work the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial network, and even our bones. All of our tissues are important and need to be exercised, to achieve optimal health and vitality. Yin is yielding, allowing, and nourishing.
I guide you through postures that are help 1-6 minutes to target the deep tissues and ligaments to release and alleviate stress from the joints.

Traditionally yoga was taught one-on-one. This is because everyone is unique. Poses are modified or adapted to meet the needs of the individual, and certain cues are emphasized for different body, mental, and emotional types.
I will work with you 1-3 times per week to help you develop, maintain, and deepen a yoga practice that is tailored to your needs.
With guidance, accountability, and an individualized plan you can look and feel like your best self.

I uphold an inclusive space for all body sizes and shapes to come to the mat in a comfortable and accepting setting to practice yoga.
